Are there any contract involved?
A service agreement is a vital component when engaging in contract - for both client and contractor safety. This will ensure both parties have their legal rights covered and clear expectations are set out. This contract includes information on Terms of services, payment terms, intellectual property, confidentiality and more.
Contracts roll on a monthly basis with no minimum commitment - there is a one-month notice period as part of this service contract
How can i ensure my data/information is safe when shared virtually?
I use the premium version of Lastpass to ensure password protection for myself and my clients. This platform allows for secure password sharing and includes a secure password vault, password generator, automatically saves and fills in passwords and has its own dashboard. It also features dark web monitoring, meaning that it will alert you should your details be compromised online
